In keeping with the CDC Recommended Guidelines and all Government Mandates and Protocols, we are doing the utmost to make sure we ALL stay safe.  We want you to know that keeping our customers safe is our top priority and we are taking the following steps to ensure it.

• Prior to our meeting we will touch base with you to make sure no one in your family has been exposed to Covid-19, and make sure you have not experienced any fever, chills, or loss of smell or taste.

• We are continually monitoring our staff with fever checks and regular questions regarding their general health, and to make sure they have not had any of the symptoms typically found with Covid-19.

• If any of our employees have had any of these Covid-19 symptoms they must quarantine for the recommended timeline set forth by the CDC and Local Government Mandates, and then be able to have a negative test prior to returning to work.

In addition to the afore, please know that we also do the following to keep your family safe for our appointment and when work is being performed:

1. Each time any samples are brought into your home they are sanitized when they leave your home.

2. A new mask is work for every new appointment.  This practice also includes the workers too, and they are given new PPE's for daily use.

3. Our workers have been instructed to use the hand sanitizer just prior to coming to your home, upon leaving, and whenever applicable.

4. We will maintain a safe distance in any meeting, and when we are in your home working.​
